About Us

Bernie began ownership and management of Puget Sound Property Management in 1996 through 2022 dedicating years of excellent service to clients & the community.

Heidi began her customer service career in 1985 in Hawaii and continued to serve the community in Property Management when she moved to Washington State in 2000 to help Bernie, her Mom, run the family property management business that Heidi continues to run today with a team of professionals. Heidi has a vast amount of experience working with HOA’s, vendors, residential rentals, condo and apartment complex rental management as well. Amanda is the bookkeeper for PSPM and works to assist tenants and owners with financial aspects of their accounts. Amanda has over 25 plus years of accounting along with 15 years of property management experience. Amanda lives on Bainbridge Island with her family after relocating from Colorado several years ago.
