Rent Payments

Tenants shall pay rent through the AppFolio tenant portal with electronic ach check at no charge to tenants. Or via debit/credit card that will incur processing fees using this method. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If Rent is paid after 5th of each month, late fees will be assessed of 10% on entire monthly rent.
